"Adagio" - Large Macrame Wall Hanging

Featuring a geometric motif, "Adagio" is a modern take on the ancient art of macrame.  I used high quality braided 3mm cord on this piece that allows the crisp design to remain visible.   Starting with a scallop edge, the loops are slid onto one of our bamboo rods.  Or "Adagio" can easily be shipped unmounted for a rod of your choice.  A dramatic "eye" serves as the focal point with medallions softening the edges.  Intermittent knots throughout the fringe area provides added interest.
